Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Log4Net.AspNetCore 2.2.3
Allows to configure Log4net as Microsoft Extensions Logging handler on any ASP.NET Core application.

No packages depend on Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Log4Net.AspNetCore.
Bugs:
- Fixes an error when the configuration section is not present on appsettings.json.
- Fixes a bug when creating a provider using GetEntryAssembly from .NET Core 1.1

- Included / updated test projects for .NET Core 2.0, .NET Core 1.1 and .NET Framework 4.6.2
- Change signing procedure to use SNK files instead PFX to make it compatible with dotnet CLI.
